This painting of our kids in the yard was painted for the Watercolor Workshop “People” project. It won third place in the Meridian Museum of Art “People’s Choice” Art competition, in the watercolor category, in July 2003. An underpainting of Indian Yellow shows the warm, fall sunshine.
